Grainger Town Partnership Archive

Grainger Town has been transformed from a neglected embarrassment to a jewel in the crown on Newcastle. Strong leadership of a dedicated team was needed to deliver a vision which did not accept second best. The result is a city quarter of European significance - an example of urban renewal and economic regeneration through quality design and determined delivery. Well worth a visit.

The Grainger Town Partnership has been one of the great success stories of historic area regeneration. Grainger Town has now been restored to its rightful place as the jewel in Tyneside's crown.
